Hey there, I’m Ley.

I’m a personal trainer and online fitness coach, a single mum, and a woman who’s walked the walk. Losing 35 kilos and rebuilding my life through strength, structure, and habits.

I’ve spent over 7 years in the fitness industry and racked up more than 6,000 hours on the gym floor coaching real people with real lives. My mission is simple: cut through the BS, the fads, and the noise, and give you the tools that actually get results. No gimmicks, no extreme workouts or juice cleanses. Just simple, evidence-based strategies you can actually stick to, even when life is messy.

Whether you’re starting from scratch, trying to break free from yo-yo dieting, or just sick of feeling like you’re “doing everything right” but getting nowhere, I’m here to guide you. I believe in teaching you the why behind the process, so you can build autonomy, confidence, and strength, not just a temporary fix.

Do you do meal plans?
I don't do meal plans. Instead, I offer an example meal plan to show you what's possible. My approach is about educating you on how to eat, why certain choices work, and empowering you with the knowledge to make smart, sustainable decisions.

What's an example meal plan anyway?
It's a snapshot of balanced, realistic meals that demonstrate how you can hit your goals without sacrificing flavour or sanity.

Can I just get a one-off meal example?
Yep, a one-off meal example is available to give you a taste of what smart nutrition looks like, but remember, long-term success is all about habits, education, and consistency.

How long till I receive my plan?
Allow 48–72 hours. Good things take time, precision matters.

What's the difference between your coaching options?
I’ve got you covered, whether you need full-on accountability or just strategic guidance. Tailored to your goals.

Real talk, how much weight will I lose weekly?
Aim realistically is 0.5–1 kg a week. This could be slightly less or slightly more and again will depend on the individual and their different lifestyle factors.

Do I need to exercise in order to lose fat?
Exercise definitely helps and has a plethora of other benefits, but nutrition leads the charge. I recommend both for the best results but fat loss can be achieved through nutrition alone.  

Soft drinks: allowed or nah?
Moderation is key. You can still sip your fave sugar-free soft drinks to ensure you hit your goals. They can be a great way to curb cravings and hit that sweet spot.

How personalised is your coaching, really?
Down to the gram. Personalisation is my whole game, fam.

Dietary restrictions like vegan, coeliac, dairy-free covered?
All dietary needs welcome. 

Do you coach pregnant or breastfeeding mums?
100%. Safe, practical, and supportive nutrition guidance tailored specifically for you.

Eating disorders, can you help?
I advocate for professional support here. Let's chat to ensure it's the right move.

Medical conditions, can I still join?
Definitely talk to your doc first, but yes, I adjust to your unique health circumstances.

What’s included in a check-in?
Progress review, tweaks, accountability, and a solid dose of reality checks.

Is check-in mandatory for new guidance?
Yes, accountability is crucial. Show up, do the work, and get rewarded with your results Check-ins are crucial in order for me to update your plan as coaching is a dynamic process. 

Calories and macros, do they stay the same the whole time or will they change?
They adjust if and when we need to. This just depends on the person.

How do you calculate my macros?
Science, experience, and your lifestyle. It will be based on the detailed form you fill out when you start coaching.

Minimum coaching commitment?
There isn't one.

Cancellation...how do I exit?
Just give me a heads up 4 weeks in advance in writing.

Are results guaranteed?
Here’s the truth: Results vary, but the closer you stick to your plan, the better your outcomes. I’ve got your back with a no-BS, evidence-based approach to training and nutrition, giving you every possible advantage.
